An environment that promotes good mental and physical health is essential for young adults.

Health & Wellbeing at Trinity

TRC’s Health & Wellbeing service provides early identification, assessment and intervention for any resident in need of help and support. All sessions are planned and coordinated using evidence-based counselling skills and interventions. Referrals to other health services are also made if required.

Liz Caddy is our Dean of Counselling & Wellbeing at Trinity, and is on-campus four days per week for your support. Liz’s services are flexible, so if her door is open, drop in Monday-Thursday, or make an appointment. All appointments are completely confidential and free-of-charge. No referral is needed.
