Paul became Campus Supervisor recently, bringing with him skills in the tradie arts, including plastering. As well as assisting with maintenance, he’s part of the security team which monitors the campus after dark.

My role is to protect the wellbeing of the residents at the wee hours of the morning and make sure that everyone is enjoying their college experience.

What was it like to join the College as a staff member?
It’s like a giant family, to be honest, everyone gets along with everyone and I’ve been accepted really easily by the staff and students.

Tell us about the campus?
I guess the big thing is that Trinity has more of a community feel than being a ‘facilities-based’ sort of style campus. We’re encouraged to get to know everyone. People’s wellbeing is always put first.

What’s your favourite space in the College and why?
The new Dining Room/lounge, and STUMPS canteen because it’s open late and is a nice place to chill and hang out and get to know residents.

What advice do you have for new residents entering the College?
To be yourself and just get involved in as much as you can.
